- Job Master
You will need to unlock all npc and monster classes in the game.
Some classes can only be unlocked through the dungeons.
You need to kill 20 monsters of the same type to unlock their class.
You dont need to unlock the special characters for this, since they dont count as a job class.
Here is a list of classes organized by the random dungeon enemy type.

0- First Reincarnation
To get this achievement you need to kill an NPC and then reincarnate it using an egg or a changebook as a catalyst.
To kill an NPC you need to destroy its body.
I advise you to make a save before attempting this, you will want the changebook, egg for the endgame reincarnations.
You can create a lvl 1 NPC then kill it by hitting him with the attack button (check your keyboard/controller settings) and once its knocked down unconscious, hit him again until the body disappears.
Talk to the healer, and find your Dead character, when asked to sacrifice an item, choose the egg or the changebook.
You can get a changebook from doing this achievement: The 7 Wonders of Phantom Isle
You can also get eggs/changebook in the stage Island of Evil: Mortality's End but you can only get them the first time you fight there, although you fight two separate times.
You will need to throw Marona to the right of the stage so you can respawn on the other island.
Random dungeon bosses also have eggs/changebooks but are rare and hard to steal, the minimum requirement for a chance for them to spawn at the endboss is for the dungeon to be at least monster level 50 and have at least 11 floors.

0- The 7 Wonders of Phantom Isle
This is a great guide with pictures on how to unlock this achievement.
The changebook will be used for First Reincarnation achievement.
The bottlemail is ultra useful to bring items back home.

0- LV 9999
The easiest way to get this one is to confine a lvl 9999 item with a lvl 1200 bottlemail to bring it back.
Once the item is in your possession, the achievement will unlock.
You can get a bottlemail NPC at the start of the game by stacking NPCs into each other atop the house or tallest tree, you need to reach a certain height to unlock it.
You can also unlock bottlemails by killing 20 of them in a random dungeon that has Weird as enemy type.
If you have a low percentage to bring back a lvl 9999 item, look for lvl 9999 items that have bad titles like failure, useless, crappy, etc.
You can also customize a title that gives you extra steal by running a random dungeon and clearing its levels.
To get a lvl 9999 item, look into the random dungeons.
Using a lvl 400 or 500 dungeon monk to create a lvl 4000 dungeon. (The higher level your dungeon monk, the higher lvl your random dungeon can be rolled)
Find a dungeon that is small with few enemies and weird, feeble or puny enemies if you can also get grass, plant or cactus as item type, it will be the best since those items have low health.
Apply titles to the dungeon, each title that you apply to it, will add more floor, you want a 99 floor dungeon so you can reach 9999 monster level.
You can get titles by buying cheap weapons from a merchant or creating cheap npcs, grabbing them, then while holding them, talk to Marona, she will delete the item/npc and stash its title which you can use with a NPC titlist. A lvl 130 merchant can give you some great titles.
After you have your lvl 4000+ dungeon with 99 levels, apply a Failure title to it so all enemies have 80% reduced stats but wont give XP or mana, its ok, we want the items not the enemies.
Plow through the dungeon, it will take some hours but you can get a lot of XP from destroying items as the items get higher and higher levels.
Remember to fuse Marona and your bottlemail with dungeonmonks to get the Raise XP passive skill up to 99, so you get 99% more XP.
Equip a title that gives 30% XP too, it stacks.
Thats it! Its not as hard as killing some Pringer X's, so this is a good way to prepare you for the ultimate grind at the endgame.
Good luck!

0- Cleared EX-10
To unlock Pringer X, you need to have defeated Baal and then complete a lvl 9999 dungeon with 99 floors.
The higher your monk can go is Enemy Lvl 9000, but as you go up floor, the enemy lvl increases.
Basically, enemies need to be level 9999 at floor 99. You can start a dungeon around enemy lvl 4000 and it should be lvl 9999 by the time you get to floor 90.
Pringer X will replace Baal in the lower floor of his tower.
Pringer X starts as Invincible and you will need to destroy a remote in the NE corner of the area before you can even damage him.
He has around 3million Hp.
You can confine archers that have items equipped, they will take a turn, throw their item and then go lift pringer X.
Pringer will use its turn to break free from the lift while you go destroy the remote.
You can use other nearby items to summon your quick attack phantoms to hit on him.
Good luck, this is the easiest pringer x.

0- Cleared EX-11
To unlock Pringer XX you need to have defeated Pringer X, but here's the catch.
I spent hours looking for him, for some reason, it wouldnt replace the normal Pringer X at Baals Tower or unlock a new stage at it.
I was so confused.
Then I found a steam thread about him and some other guy that couldnt find him either, here's there thing.
His stage is physically at the middle of the tower.
Baal tower appears to the right of the world map, its a huge tower that spans the whole height of the world map.
Baal and Pringer X can be challenged if you click at the bottom of the tower.
Pringer XX's stage is at the middle.
Noone tells you this and its not that intuitive to go over the map moving the cursor to see if a hidden stage is found.
So there you go, Pringer XX has more stats than Pringer X but its basically the same fight.
Cheers!
