Ultra Street Fighter IV

From the main Menu select Versus and then Player Vs CPU. Set the difficulty to easiest, the rounds to 7 and leave the time as is.

On the next screen select your character, and then your opponent then lower your opponents handicap to 0%. Select a stage on the next screen and then when the fight starts just hit your opponent. At the end of the fight select rematch and repeat.

In a best of 7, each fight will net you 4 Perfects, so this will unlock during your eighth fight.
