This achievo is from the Blissful Sleep DLC.

To get this, buy a potion from Outside LinkKhan Van Megeren for animals. This option is available after buying 3 other potions from him to help the tenants.

A lot of people are unsure of how to get this achievement, Im pretty sure you only need to do the following things:

1. Send Klaus and Maria on the cruise

2. Do not do the ministry tasks of propaganda posters or repair the apartment.

3. Help Danton with the package, report Antoine to him, set the propaganda machine to his frequency.

That's it. I had the General and the Scientist alive at the end and I failed the evaluation.

If you still dont get it, kill the general with the bomb and kill the scientist, have illegal things in your inventory, all of those count against you in the evaluation.

To send the Shimmers out on vacation, you need to help the good Doctor with his love troubles and he will give you the cruise tickets.

To send the Shimmers on a boat, make Jones move in and accept his Good Offer mission.

Talk to the merchant and ask him to sell the food, wait a day and talk to the merchant again.

Klaus must be looking for a way to escape now, so, he must already has his papers.

Talk to Jones, he will get angry at not having the full amount of money, tell him you will work for it.

Offer to send the Shimmers to escape with him, they have good escape money.

Achievement unlocked.

You can get this as soon as your last family member is dead.

Is easier than you think.

Ignore all family's request, Martha will die, Patrick will die and Anna will suicide.

If Anna refuses to die, you can rat out Antoine to Danton on his mission, Anna will die then.

To get this achievement, you need Alloisius to move in to your apartments then he will tell you about his loneliness.

Talk to Rosa Ranerk about it.

Tell Alloisius about the good news.

Greet the new girlfriend.

The Doc will ask for some info on her, talk to Rosa.

Call the Ministry and report her as an imposter.

Confront Sarah and refuse the bribe, accept the drink.

If you didnt know, you can report your own family by stashing an illegal item somewhere in the basement apartment and clicking on the red text to register the evidence.

One physical piece of planted evidence will count for all members of the household.

Once you register the evidence, go to your desk and choose Martha in the report, put the evidence you planted as proof that your little girl is an evil doer!

For elite mode, you will need a lot of money to keep your family alive.

Martha will need 20,000 for her first medicine.

Patrick will ask for 15,000 for university.

Anna will ask for 15,000 for Martha's second medicine.

Patrick will ask for 20,000 to escape the country.

That's a whooping 70,000 monies, not to mention you need around an extra 5,000 for other small stuff.

You will also need another 145,000$ monies at the end of the game, but that one is easier to make with time and all the discounts.

So, where do you get all the moolah? Why, extortion of course!

When Jones moves in, he will bring a bunch of illegal items with him, the key here is to be at a point where there are no deadlines and you have several people to extort at the same time, this can be done before reporting your success of Jacob's arrest to the ministry.

So, wait until September 14th when the last illegal item is announced in the meantime, reading and talking about war is illegal and you can catch everyone reading at some point for some good monies and reputation points.

Extort Jones with all the evidence that can be found at his house, plant a blue tie that you can buy from the merchant too.

Once you are done with Jones, report him for reading and all his possessions will be in a box outside his apartment, keep the illegal items, the whisky and sell the rest.

Be careful! if you repair the apartment, the box will disappear.

Now extort Alliosius, you can only extort money once per evidence per person, you can notice if it will work if you get reputation points when you register the evidence in your journal.

Steal the evidence piece by piece from his apartment, the thing about stealing is that if you steal too often, you can get caught. I steal one item every 25 hours and the chance of getting caught is very low, if they catch you, use reputation points instead of money (or else they will take away the illegal item)

Go ahead and plant illegal evidence in the Ranek's house, one evidence will count for the both of them. Steal evidence back slowly.

Dont report them or the schimmers, you need them, steal it back slowly.

You can also use your reputation points to buy a lot of Camera I that sell for 150$ each.

This way, you should have around 50,000 monies, now report to the ministry and you will have some deadlines, play the game normally extorting new tenants and getting them arrested if you can so you can grab all the illegal items back, rinse and repeat, you will get more illegal items as you go, include them in your plans.

When the Dreimans move in Jeanne will appear, help her with some money and you will get 50,000 this way by betting on the wise cock after talking to the merchant after telling him the amount of money you need that Georg told you.

Some things that will give you a discount at the end:

Giving the Schimmers the Cruise tickets.

Helping Danton with his missions, DO NOT report Antoine to him.

Helping Inga escape.

Having Patrick abroad.

You can steal Red Caviar from the Chanek's apartment, instead of selling it, wait for your cat to get hungry and feed it to him.

After the quest to retrieve the DNA samples is done, either completed or the timer ran out, you can get a new tenant called Lionel Kramer.

Go to his apartment and search the wardrobe, you will find an skeleton that you can register as a character trait and a bone, take this bone with you by stealing it.

(Steal the bone, not the skeleton)

Call the Ministry and ask for a DNA identification, it will cost 2000 rep.

Give the bone to the analyst and wait for a call, take the call and then do a report on Lionel so they come and arrest him.

Achievement unlocked.

At the endgame, after you resolve Zlata's situation and Louisa and Marcus are gone, you will get a task from the Ministry about stealing a certificate.

Steal the absentee ballet from Klaus Shimmer's apartment and call Bruno about it, talk about a solution to avoid euthanasia.

You need 70,000 monies for this, you would have had to extort a lot of people to get this kind of money.

Get illegal items (Buy all merchant's "potions" before they are illegal), plant illegal items in an apartment, extort their occupants for all of them, get them arrested or killed to get all their items plus your items back, sell the non-illegal items, repair the apartment, get a new tenant, rinse and repeat.

Having the mad chemist in your building will give you a lot of options to kill people for 500$ and get all their stuff, you can also sell those same potions for a small profit to the merchant.

You can also use reputation to buy camera I's and sell them for 150$ each.

Sending a tenant's full profile before killing/getting them arrested is also essential.

And lastly, when you just need the last 25,000 or so, sell your illegal items and cameras to get 70,000.

Its the toughest achievement but very doable, I suggest you learn where the things you need to record are and reload an earlier save to not waste any time searching in places where there is nothing interesting, although the places reset every new game or everytime a tenant arrives, they stay the same once they are spawned.

If you are good at this, you can even cure Zlata for 15,000, I had around 100,000 and could have gotten more but decided to just get it over with.

One very easily missable achievement.

First, you need Christopher and Gertrude Danson to move in to your apartments.

Peep on them often until you see the dude beating up his wife.

Talk to both of them and use 500 reputations for Chris can tell you about his troubles.

Sneak into their apartment and find a letter from his dad.

Confront Chris using 500 rep about his father, this next part is important.

Threaten him to help you and then wait until they leave the apartments.

Call the Center and tell them you are ready to go, there you go, achievement unlocked!

You will need a total of 30,000$ and 4000 reputation, you can make both easy by planting illegal items into tenant's apartments then reporting them for the items.

Use cheap illegal items in your reports (the "potions" you should buy in day 1 or day 2) to get them arrested.

You can also use the chemist potions to kill some of them.

At least 3 tenants have red caviar in their possessions, these can be sold for 7,700$ to the merchant.

Anyway, to start this achievement:

You will need Christopher and Gertrude Danson move into your apartment building.

Wait until you catch Chris beating his wife in the apartment, confront him.

Pay 500 reputation to know whats going on.

Sneak into their apartment and find a special letter.

Talk to Chris about the letter and pay 500 reputation for details.

Pay 1000 reputation to ask for his help.

Pay 2000 reputation to his wife for help.

Make sure to have more than 30,000$ and wait for the Dansons to leave before calling the center.
