A relevant piece of information for both the speedrun and no death run: you don't need to complete any of the bonus levels. This was something I thought could be the case, considering that the speedrun video linked in the Steam achievement guide had those included in their run, but it's luckily not needed. Simply getting to the computer is considered the end of the game for these two achievements.
