    I recommend using the map AG_TEST2: steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=1077307188

    Make a room under the "dedicated servers" tab and select this map. Get the ball in the hole after over 20 hits. The achievement will pop after the game ends.

    Make a room under the "dedicated servers" tab and select this map. Get a hole in one and finish the game. The achievement will pop after the game ends.

    Create a room under the "dedicated servers" tab on the main menu. Once the match starts, press esc and there should be an "invite friends" button. Invite a friend. Exit the menu and finish a game. The achievement will pop.

    Create a room under the "dedicated servers" button in the main menu. You might have to finish a game for this to pop; do it on AG_TEST 2 for a quick win (linked in other guides).

    I had to go to the map editor. I placed 5 spawn zones and five holes (you probably just need one spawn zone and 5 holes, but just in case, this is what I did), typed a map name, did "test map", clicked publish, then went to ball customization and "quit without saving". This got me "Exporter" as well.
