Weapons obtained by cutting the tails of the bosses

• Drake Sword: Undead Burg. Use arrows to shoot the tail of the Red Drake, or Bridge Wyvern, from underneath the bridge. It can also be cut off from on top of the bridge, if the Bridge Wyvern has landed to attack you.
• Dragon Greatsword: Cut the tail off of the Ancient Dragon in Ash Lake. As long as you don't attack the body, this will not anger the dragon or break the covenant.
• Moonlight Greatsword: Crystal Cave. Cut off the tail of Seath The Scaleless, once the immortality crystal has been broken. (Seath's tail cannot be cut off in your first encounter).
• Priscilla's Dagger: Painted World of Ariamis. Cut off the tail of Priscilla - this can be difficult to do considering her ability to turn invisible, so consider careful strikes or weak weapons. Tag her with a throwing knife so you can track her while invisible. Use weak weapons or the Force spell to break her poise, then go for her.
• Dragon King Greataxe: The Depths. Cut off the tail of the Gaping Dragon.
• Gargoyle Tail Axe: Undead Parish. During the boss fight, cut off the tail of the first Bell Gargoyle. Easier if focused down before 2nd Gargoyle comes into the fight. It can also be obtained from the two gargoyles near the beginning of Anor Londo.

Weapons and Shields ascended from Boss Souls

We will need the following boss souls:

1x Soul of Orstein (Awarded by killing Smough first).
1x Soul of Smough (Awarded by killing Orstein first).
1x Soul of Priscilla.
1x Soul of Gwyn, The Lord of Cinder.
2x Souls of the Moonlight Butterfly.
2x Souls of Queelag.
2x Souls of The Iron Golem.
2x Souls of Gwyndolin.
3x Souls of Sif, The Great Grey Wolf.

• Dragonslayer Spear: Ascend any +10 Spear or Rapier, and the soul of Ornstein.
• Smough's Hammer: Ascend a +10 Hammer or Great Hammer, and the soul of Smough.
• Lifehunt Scythe: Ascend any +10 Halberd, Scythe or Whip, and the soul of Priscilla.
• Great Lord Greatsword: Ascend a +10 Dagger, Sword or Greatsword, and the soul of Gwyn, The Lord of Cinder (can only be done on NG+)
• Moonlight Butterfly Horn: Ascend any +10 Spear or Rapier, and the soul of the Moonlight Butterfly.
• Crystal Ring Shield: Ascend a +10 Shield or Buckler, and the soul of The Moonlight Butterfly. Practically any shield can be used given that it's been upgraded to +10.
• Quelaag's Furysword: Ascend a +10 Curved Sword, and the soul of Quelaag. (Scimitar, Falchion, Shotel, Murakumo,...)
• Chaos Blade: Ascend a +10 Katana and the soul of Quelaag.
• Golem Axe: Ascend any +10 Axe, and the soul of the Iron Golem.
• Dragon Bone Fist: Ascend any +10 Cestus or Claw, and the soul of the Iron Golem.
• Tin Darkmoon Catalyst: Ascend any Catalyst and the soul of Gwyndolin.
• Darkmoon Bow: Ascend any +10 Bow, and the soul of Gwyndolin.
• Greatsword of Artorias (Cursed): You must Ascend a +10 Dagger, Sword or Greatsword, with the soul of Sif, The Great Gray Wolf. Using these weapons for ascension will give you the cursed version of the Greatsword of Artorias. The name will not indicate any difference between the true and cursed variant, but the cursed version has a stat requirement of 18 for Faith and Intelligence.
• Greatsword of Artorias (True): You must ascend a +10 Broken sword, and the soul of Sif, The Great Gray Wolf. Basic Zombies or the Defiled in Blighttown will usually drop broken swords. The name will not indicate it is the true version of the greatsword, but it has higher stat requirements of 20 for faith and intelligence.
• Greatshield of Artorias: Ascend a +10 Shield or Buckler and the soul of Sif, The Great Grey Wolf.

Weapons that we will find or enemies will drop

• Astora's Straight Sword: Acquired from a corpse in Valley of Drakes, next to the sleeping dragon.
• Black Knight Greataxe: Random drop from Axe-wielding Black knights. (Easy to get in Kiln of the First Flame).
• Black Knight Greatsword: Random drop from Greatsword-wielding Black Knights.
• Black Knight Halberd: Random drop from Halberd-wielding Black Knights.
• Black Knight Shield: Random drop from any Black Knight.
• Black Knight Sword: Random drop from any Sword-Wielding Black Knight.
• Bloodshield: Painted World. Found on the bridge after the Undead Dragon Fight.
• Channeler's Trident: Rare random drop from Channelers. Three respawning channelers can be found in The Duke's Archives.
• Crest Shield: Found in the Undead Asylum (revisited). Acquired as drop from the now hollow Oscar who first gave you the Estus Flask.
• Dragon Crest Shield: Acquired from a corpse in Valley of Drakes, next to the sleeping dragon.
• Crescent Axe: Acquired by killing Patches, or it can be purchased from him when he moves to Firelink Shrine.
• Dark Hand: Given as a gift when joining Darkwraith Covenant. (Can also be obtained as a drop from the NPC Darkwraiths in New Londo Ruins)
• Dragon Tooth: Anor Londo. Found in a treasure chest alongside other chests containing Havel's Equipment, located behind a hidden wall in a Fireplace.
• Effigy Shield: Tomb of Giants. Found on a corpse just before the second bonfire.
• Giant Shield: Random drop from the giant gold knights in Anor Londo. It can more easily be purchased from the Giant Blacksmith for 10.000 souls.
• Giant's Halberd: Rare random drop from the giant gold knights in Anor Londo. It can more easily be purchased from the Giant Blacksmith for 5000 souls.
• Dragonslayer Greatbow: Anor Londo. When you reach the Giant Blacksmith, go back into the large main room ang go up the stairs. At the top of the stairs you'll find some big windows with one broken. Exit the window heading right, and you will see a corpse with the bow.
• Grant: Acquired by killing NPC invader Paladin Leeroy. He will invade you in The Tomb of Giants just before Nito's domain, down near the area that overlooks the distant Ash Lake.
• Sanctus: Just like Grant, acquired by killing NPC invader Paladin Leeroy. He will invade you in The Tomb of Giants just before Nito's domain, down near the area that overlooks the distant Ash Lake.
• Gravelord Sword: Given as a gift when joining Gravelord Servant Covenant.
• Havel's Greatshield: Anor Londo. It will be in a chest in the same room where you found Grant.
• Silver Knight Shield: Anor Londo. Random drop from any Silver Knight.
• Silver Knight Spear: Anor Londo. Random drop from Spear-wielding Silver Knights.
• Silver Knight Straight Sword: Anor Londo.Random drop from Sword-wielding Silver Knights.
• Stone Greatshield: Darkroot Garden. Random drop from the Stone Knights.
• Stone Greatsword: Darkroot Garden. Rare random drop from the Stone Knights. Can more easily be purchased from Shiva of the East, if you are a member of the Forest Covenant.
• Velka's Rapier: Can found on a corpse in the Painted World of Aramis after the door requiring the Annex Key.

List of miracles and how to get them..

• Heal: Purchase from Petrus (4.000 souls), Rhea (1.000 souls) or Patches (5.000 souls).
• Great Heal Excerpt: Purchase from Petrus (10.000 souls), Rhea (2.000 souls) or Patches (10.000 souls).
• Great Heal: Purchase from Rhea (10.000 souls)
• Soothing Sunlight: You will get it by killing a blue octopus (called Pisaca) next to where Logan is in The Duke's Archives. You will arrive at that place after being defeated by Seath in the first encounter.
• Bountiful Sunlight: You will get it at the same time as Soothing Sunlight killing the Pisaca.
• Replenishment: Tomb of Giants. After Patches throws you into the pit you will meet Rhea, help her by killing the two bodyguards and talk to her later to get it.
• Force: Purchase from Petrus (4.000 souls) or Rhea (1.000 souls)
• Wrath of The Gods: Purchase from Rhea (10.000 souls)
• Emit Force: First talk with Siegmeyer of Catarina in Sen's Fortress you will find him sitting on the path to the right where the stone ball falls. Then you have to speak to him in Anor Londo after killing the three Silver Knights in the next room. Finally, he will go to Firelink Shrine you must speak to him there and answer Yes to everything he says.
• Magic Barrier: Purchase from Reah (6.000 souls)
• Great Magic Barrier: You will find it in the Ash Lake, in the tree that is before the dragon with which you can make the Covenant.
• Homeward: Purchase from Petrus (8.000 souls) or Rhea (1.000 souls)
• Seek Guidance: Purchase from Petrus (2.000 souls) or Rhea (500 souls)
• Karmic Justice: You can buy it from Oswald de Carim (40,000 souls), after defeating the Bell Gargoyles and ringing the first bell.
• Vow of Silence: In the Painted World of Ariamis. First get the key that is in the well you can go down to. You will have to break some illusory walls starting with the one in front of a certain crank. Then open the door to the right of the Statue protected by phalanx and you'll find it.
• Tranquil Walk of Peace: Found on a corpse in the Catacombs upper floor. There will be a small room with a ladder. There is nothing in this room but the miracle.
• Lightning Spear: Given as a bonus for joining the Warrior of Sunlight Covenant. You will need 25+ faith or for each player you help to defeat the boss, 1 point will be subtracted from that requirement without increasing Faith.
• Great Lightning Spear: You must belong to the Warrior of Sunlight Covenant and later deliver 10 sunlight medals to the covenant altar.
• Sunlight Spear: You must have previously delivered the 10 sunlight medals to the altar and then delivered 1x Soul of Gwyn, Lord of Cinder so, yes, you will need another NG for this.
• Sunlight Blade: Found in a chest after defeating Gwyndolin.
• Darkmoon Blade Miracle: Reward for getting +1 rank in Gwyndolin's Covenant. You need 10x Souvenir of Reprisal to gain 1 rank in this covenant.
• Gravelord Sword Dance: Bonus for joining the Gravelord Servant covenant. Don't kill him before..
• Gravelord Greatsword Dance: Reward for getting +1 rank in Gravelord Servant covenant. You need 10x Eyes of Death and deliver them to the corresponding altar.

NPC's Locations

• Petrus: In the Firelink Shrine from the beginning the game.
• Rhea: You'll find her in the Tomb of the Giants, when Patches throws you into the pit. Talk to her and eliminate her two bodyguards who have become hollow, talk to her again to receive a reward. Later you will find her in the Parish of the Undead, praying at the altar. IMPORTANT: She will not stay long in the parish, so you should hurry to go and buy the remaining miracles if you do not want to leave it for another NG.
• Oswald of Carim: You'll find him after defeating the Bell Gargoyles and ringing the first bell.
• Patches: You'll find him in the Tomb of the Giants. When you talk to him you have to answer that you are not a cleric. When you go up, after he throws you into the pit, respond that you forgive him. After defeating Nito you will find him in the Firelink Shrine, to the left of Frampt.
