You need to collect both 100 stimpacks and 100 radaway. This is a good achievement to get while picking up your achievements for doing 30/60/100 quests.

Getting 100 stimpacks is trivial, but getting 100 radaway is a bit tricker. It seems the game will not provide you with too much radaway if you already have radaway with you when you start a quest, so don't take any radaway with you and game will often give you 2-4 per run.

For the most effective way possible, get up to 40 dwellers in your shelter. No more than that, otherwise you'll get higher leveled raids that don't count as raiders. Deathclaw & Gouls will randomly attack if you're passed that ammount. Equip with the best weapon 2 dwellers that are to guard the interior main entrance. From there, set several more dwellers to interfere with the rest of remaining raiders as they will descend down. This will take some time, but it's effective.

To trigger Raider attacks, or any kind of raids, access the main shellter gate by sending a dweller out for scouting and recalling them back. Hold the dwellers with the best weapons inside so they can do effectively the most ammount of damage.

To get this most effectively, set your dwellers in a crafting area and use them to craft. They get the most XP out of all the other tasks like doing quests or working in sections. Sending dwellers in wastelands also gets them EXP most passively, but ensure you send them with enough stimpacks and radiation packs to ensure their success.

You can obtain this easily by simply building low level areas, raising them to Tier 3 and then removing them.

Pay attention on quests that you collect all items that glow. On top of that select quests that give you half-ripped bluepring icons. That will indicate that you will find 1 or more blueprints to get for the same or multiple themes.

Equip a group of 3-5 dwellers with the best equipment for quests and send them in rotation to clear quests most effectively. Some quests have a follow-up mission after another, so repeating them provides you with greater rewards. Keep in mind that Nuka-Kola bottles can make your life easier, so always look for quests that provide you that to send your dweelers in missions most effectively and quickly. Don't avoid quests with small rewards as they are the quickest and most effective to do and get these achievements.

Pay attention to the rewards they offer, as some have incredibly good rewards but the challenge is up to par and you might find yourself at risk killing your squad. Always gear them up with all the necessary stuff to keep them safe.

Later in the game, after doing multiple wasteland runs and quests you can expect to have a good amount of weapons and outfits. Hold them or scrap them as you get them, but be careful to not scap higher tier weapons and outfits as they offer great stats. Be mindful that as you scrap items you also will collect different objects that can fill your store space very quickly. Sustain it with higher gear crafting if not sell it to allow yourself to bring more.

Build the same type of building next to one another. They have to be the same level in order to merge.

Early into the game, before being able to do missions you can gather this by simply doing the daily's that offer caps. It's the most effective way to make a good income in the early stages of the game.

This is the most tedious way to obtain this as it either costs you time or real money. After every 7 real time days you get a box that can grant you a Legendary dweller. Getting the same one doesn't seem to add up to the number from what I saw. Alternatively, you can and is recommended to do as many missions as possible. Some will offer some great Legendary Dwellers. Lastly, if you dig deep into your pocket you can obtain them by buying starter packs that guarantees that you get Mr. Handyman and a Legendary Pet or Dweller most of the time.

You need to complete 100 objectives in a single vault. The objectives are shown on the third option on the right bottom tab list (pipboy) next to the room construction menu. Most of them are easy but there are some hard ones too.

You can skip one of them each day for free, you may skip more using quantums but I dont suggest to do so. Just skip the hard ones like "Kill (number) deathclaws without weapons" for example. Also, completing the same objective counts towards %. They appear randomly so I cant tell you anything more.
