GUIDE NOT RELEVANT FOR USERS WHO HAVE NOT SPENT AN UPGRADE FOR HEALTH POINTS !

Achievement is currently incompatible with player save games where the health has been upgraded past 100hp, making it unobtainable.

Temporary fix:
To get past this issue navigate to your computers registry and find "Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HeX", then delete the folder "The_guard_of_dungeon", to reset your HP to 100, regaining the ability to unlock this achievement.

BE WARNED!, deleting the file will also erase game progress towards other achievements, in case you haven't unlocked them first. So use this method last.
