Rise of Insanity

This achievement is kinda bugged since even if you collect all the ducks, the achievement wont pop until you start the game again and get the first two ducks in the new game (something to do with a faulty counter they never bothered to fix)

I made a blind run of this game in Spanish but all the duck locations are shown in the description.

Timestamps are chronologically ordered so even if you dont know spanish, you can choose the timestamp depending on the level you are at.

People have reported this achievement might be bugged and wont pop if you dont look for the name in each piece of equipment.

The first piece of Knightly equipment you will find is a Toy Sword.

The sword is leaning along a toy chest when you return home for a second time, right after the garden stage.

You will spawn in the kid's room, this will give you notice to look around for the sword.

Turn the sword around and find the name, look at the name for some seconds just to make sure it counts towards the achievement.

The shield is in the same stage as the sword but in the basement.

As you enter the basement, look to your right and the shield should be atop some boxes.

Find the name the same way you did with the sword.

The last piece of equipment is the helmet, you will find it in a weird cloudy dreamscape, in a room with black and white floor tiles you will notice a desk with some strange masks nearby, you will see an event of a child asking his father to play with him. Behind the desk, you will find the helment.

Find the name and stare at it for some seconds, the achievement should pop.

After the second garden stage you will be back home, it will be partly destroyed and the kitchen will have debris, the TV will be on with static.

Instead of going into the kitchen to look around go ahead and turn off the TV and turn around and look for a picture frame on a coffee table.

After a jumpscare the achievement will unlock.

Anyway, as you start the game, in the first chapter, the TV will be on and your wife will ask you to turn it off.

Dont do that and just wait for a minute until the phone rings.

The achievement should unlock right there.
