To get this achievement, you need access to Media King's property which is ¥1,228,800,000 as the highest price on Kamurocho, however if you beat Mr. Shakedown few times and have done your diligent in your business this should not be a problem.

A total of 98 substories needs to be completed, 59 from Kazuma Kiryu and 39 from Goro Majima. Respectively, So Amon will fight against Kiryu while Jo Amon against Majima.

This is easily dealt with as you just need to stock yourself with Zap Guns, Legend Style is optional but you can do in easy difficulty with a shotgun, watch out for So Amon as he has his gimmicks such as high health and insane attacks any of which can insta kill you, for Jo Amon he just has the most health on 0 but he is straightforward no gimmicks other than both Amons uses Legend style but remember to save your game.

Once that is done you will earn both achievements.

This one is rng with rarity stars you get from the machine, you should be aiming for a million yen dream machine as long as you keep pouring money on it you will later get your desired max rarity star item which will then unlock the achievement.

This is a grind where you should earn a lot of money to then max out your upgrades on all 6 abilities. Kiryu has the expensive upgrades while Majima is cheap at least but you will be farming from Mr. Shakedowns and businesses a lot but the best way is to do both.

Mr. Shakedown Method:

You need Deep Pockets upgrade from the CP shrine which will unlock the ability to take 50% share from Mr. Shakedown after beating him, then go get beaten by Mr. Shakedown and he will take all your money. Make sure to stock up heals and Zap Guns or Super Spicy Knives as long as you can fill your heat meter, I personally love using the Legend Style after filling heat meter with my Zap Gun just to heat action him up. You will notice the bonus money added after he is beaten (ex. 2.0 billion > 2.8 billion yen).
