    • Master of Cross Five

If like me, you are bad at this boardgame (cross five or Go) you might want to find a computer assisted AI to play for you, so you can win.

Afterall, winning 50 times is a super chore.

Good news, this method will enable you to win 80% of the time.

Its really easy to learn and you should be unlocking this grindy achievement in under an hour.

    Here are the steps:

    1. You put down your piece.
    2. You put your next piece two spaces away from the first one, leaving a gap between both pieces.
    3. Then you form a triangle with your 3rd piece.
    4. Continue the triangle to a free side, we are going to make a cross.
    5. Make a cross using your new piece and the first piece you put on the board, its like an empty square but we will make a cross.
    6. This next piece will fill the cross.
    7. This piece will make a line of 4 pieces using your 3 pieces in the cross, when you put down this piece, you should have an unobstructed 4 piece line, meaning you will win in the next turn by putting the piece in either side.
    8. Put down the final piece and win.

Here is a video I made demonstrating the technique over and over:

    • Rock Paper Win!

Another grindy achievement, at least its only 20 wins instead of 50 this time.

The problem is that there is no definitive method to have reliable rock-paper-scissors wins.

Each NPC has random AIs and strategies to try and win and you need to win all 3 rounds without losing even once!

If you lose, you can cancel the game and try again but you can only play with each NPC 3 times before having to wait a day to be able to play again.

While going for this achievement, Ive noticed that each NPC has its unique playstyle, some like throwing rocks/paper more than others, some always start with the same choice.. I dont know if its human pattern bias or whatnot or if its really programmed in.

Anyway, *I wanted to tell you guys my observations which might or might not help but I do hope they do.

    • Oaks was the most reliable NPC I could win against, he almost always threw the same thing in all rounds, although sometimes he changed it up in the 3rd and final round.
    • Mars and Lee were also NPCs that liked to use the same thing twice in a row, making it easier to win against them.
    • Others were super random although I found that the kids would always were more "honest" in the sense that they would try and use the thing that beat the thing you won with.
    • You might as well play against Ginger everyday since this is a way a good way to raise her relationship points since gifts only give you very low points.

In any case, there is a reason this achievement is one of the hardest, its RNG nature coupled with the rage quitting of losing a 2-0 round, makes this achievement super frustrating. If you can find evidence of a better and reliable way to win, do make a guide for this one, everyone will appreciate it.

    Cheers!

    • Two Timer

Having gifted heartknots to two different people, you are now dating both.

Setup a date with one then take your date to meet with the other.

The other method is that, during a date, propose to another person and have that person successfully accept.

Pretty scummy achievement, if you ask me, but you can reload after getting this, no problems.

    • Man of Steel
    • Well-Rounded Warrior

At the late game, the deepest ruins dungeon will be unlocked, this is a dungeon where you go level by level in an infinite and increasing harder and harder rounds of floor and bosses.

To get this achievement do not EVEN activate the vending machine at the start of each level.

You have to ignore the vending machine for 50 floors straight for this to unlock, it does not have to be the first 50 levels but they have to be 50 consecutive levels straight.

Once you complete this Man of Steel, you can start using the machine to get Well-Rounded Warrior
