for this achievement you have to go under the polish guy house and listen to the whole story (the building behind Eddy's (your cartel contact where you order drugs)), you have to do it 4 in game days in a row without restarting the game/loading the savefile, each day he will say something different (1st about some guy, 2nd about food, 3rd about drugs (potentially us) and 4th which i dont remember). at the start of the 4th conversation you hear you will instantly get the achievement

After unlocking sector B, head to the Jay's shop in which you will find universal key to buy for 200$, it has 5 uses but for this achievement you only need to unlock 1. The easiest 1 to do is to turn off the power in the electrical box behind your house, simply leave the house, jump over the fence to the left where some customers/dealers spawn, open the red glowing electrical box and turn off the power

Simple and easy achievement, get spoted by cops, run and escape them, a tip to escape them, If you enter your house/rented apartment they simply run around it for a couple second before giving up and making you a fugitive. If you dont have your house close by or apartment rented, simply run to any building that has openable/pre-lockipicked door or even the ones without doors, seems the cops are not programed to enter anything so there are a lot of safe spots from them to wait out the chase

Very easy achievement, simply get searched by a cop with some drugs to get arrested or if you are a fugitive after escaping just let them catch you. If you are not a fugitive and dont have any drugs simply get their attention and run away until they start chasing you, and than let them get you.

Starting the laundering business is something some people dont find even through their entire game. Simply but a bit of money into your account (around 3-5k should do it) and Eddy will tell you about being suspicious with the amount of money on your account, which will lead him to prompt you to wait a bit and inform you later on about money laundering. he will prompt you to go to 1 of the locations marked on the map, knock on the door a bunch of times before they respond. After that you will have to put some money into the window they open of which they will get a cut and put the money into your banka ccount without raising your exposure.
