The track Hell (Norway) (5th track at FIA World Rallycross, you don't need to do the previous ones - you can just skip them entirely) is perhaps one of the easiest to do this achievement since its heavy rain at the beginning makes the AI easier to beat. I'd argue that's also the hardest part from the achievement because even if you end up in first place during the four qualifiers there are high chances you might not pass to the next phase (make sure to keep an eye out for the other drivers and their times). If you can pass the qualifiers, winning the semi-final and final isn't really that hard (besides you can restart anytime so).

I used the car Audi S1 EKS Quattro with its default setup but honestly any car should do - I recommend adjusting the Breaking Force and Break Bias in the Brakes category if you're struggling with corners.

Some people report that you can have assists on as long as you disable them in the final race, but sadly can't confirm. Also you don't need any DLC for this & it's possible to do it on a controller.
