Sonic Generations

ah yes it's the obligatory achievement telling you to do something in under a minute. no sonic game is complete without one

So I actually recorded me doing this one, not the cleanest run by any means but it got the job done

As you can probably see, the general idea is you want to stick to the higher paths as much as humanly possible.
When spin dashing you need to hold the button until the smoke cloud goes big, otherwise you will slow down instead.

One last thing to note, you saw me kind of spin dash then jump into a crab, which then bounced me into another enemy up to the high path. There's a better way to do this. On the second hill in the stage, you can spin right before and then jump once you're about halfway across the top of the hill. Timing the jump is pretty tricky, and if you mess it up you will likely either get blocked by a ring box hiding in a tree or you'll just run into an enemy instead of actually bouncing off them, but if you do it right you'll bounce right up to the high path in one long shot
