    Some gamemode rounds can be ajusted to 5 seconds instead of the standard 1 minute and still count towards the achievement.

    -Go to the Custom tab
    -Select Tasks
    -Select gamemode you need acheivements in
    -Customize task
    -Set challenge length to 5 seconds and play

    This works for:

    -Circletrack
    -Freetrack
    -Microshot
    -Ninjashot
    -Reflexshot
    -Spidershot
    -Strafeshot
    -Strafetrack
