Use the shortcut Y by default to quickly inspect people, fastest way is to spam click players in a major city.

To have that health you have various options. The easiest is using a gigantify potion together with some avg gear. Offhands like taproot will also increase your maximum health. Another option is using guardian boots which will double your health. (beware of the different tiers of the gigantify potion that have different % of health increase).

Don't just try to reach it by buying gear as this is absurdly costly and requires high specialization on gear.

The easiest and cheapest way to do it is to check different cities and look for Normal/plain T2 Novice's Shields. Purchase them and stack them until you have a total of 999 (note that they have to have full durability, and if a shield has a different durability, it will be in a separate stack itself.)

You can also gather the resources needed to craft them (4 Copper Ore/Copper Bars and 4 Birch Logs/Birch Planks).

In T5 or above maps, there is a chance that a wisp(sparkling orb) will spawn. Go near it and it will open a portal to "The Mists."

T5 maps are marked as Yellow Region, which has PVP, so you have a chance of getting killed by other players. The only consequence of this is losing item durability and being unable to do anything for 3 minutes. Be warned that getting killed by another player in the Mists will warp you back to your previous map.

In order to unlock this achievement, you have to have a total of 50,000 Brecilien Reputation. You can check your status by right clicking your avatar and select "Stats," then hovering over the Brecilien Reputation to see the total amount you have.

The quickest strategy to do this is to enter higher rarity wisps (Uncommon>Rare>Epic>Legendary). It's easier to find rarer Mists in common Mists than it is to run around and search for them in each map.

You can gain reputation by doing the following:

1. Rescuing Wisps
   -This is recommended to have headphones, or sound at least, on. Use your mount to wander around the Mists and listen for a "distressed" wisp. Follow that sound and kill the mobs nearby to safely release it. Once you do, you gain reputation for it. This is considered the safest way to do this.

2. Enter Camps
   -Once you enter a camp, an objective will pop up for you to kill monsters in the area worth a certain amount of fame in total. Once you reach that amount, you automatically gain reputation and have the ability to open a chest for rewards. Be warned, however, it is unrestricted PVP and being killed there will warp you back to your previous location. It's best to play it safe and leave the camps when someone is in there. Trust no one.

3. Escorting Wisps
   -This is one of the riskiest ways of getting reputation. On the mini-map, a "Turbulent Mist" will pop up and will spawn a Weakeaned Wisp of Uncommon or higher rarity. Once you escort this wisp, a white portal on the mini-map will spawn in a random area that you can only see. Once you begin escorting the wisp, you will be marked for PVP regardless of your stance, meaning anyone can come kill you(where you warp back to your previous location), and take the wisp for themselves to bring. Doing this will also make you unable to use mounts, so gatherers use caution to be sure you're not overweight; and be sure to take advantage of your speed spells to get through as fast as possible. If successful, you can gain a lot of reputation for doing this.

Before pursuing this, it is advisable to travel naked, because the only way you can safely get out after entering is using the Travel Planner, which teleporting costs depends on the inventory you have.

In order to enter Brecilien, you need to have 50,000 or more Brecilien reputation. Once you reach that amount, there is a chance that certain mists you enter will have a mirror-like white portal on the mini-map. Enter that portal to go to the city and have the achievement unlock. It doesn't matter the rarity of the wisp, so you can still enter the city through the common Mists.

Exiting the city will place you in a black zone. If someone kills you, you will lose all your inventory.

Note that the tutorial does not count this, and you can only roll T2 or higher item.

The cheapest way is to keep rerolling one item, preferably T2, until you hit Masterpiece. It is a 0.1% chance to get it. The good news is that the quality doesn't go lower and it doesn't break. However, be sure to have enough silver for this. I recommend having a minimum of 500k incase of bad luck.

Best to do this once you're either T4 or T5 with equipment and being able to handle T5 yellow pvp zones.

When you're in the mists, there is a chance that one of the three slightly rare monsters will spawn:

Griffin
Fey Dragon
Veilweaver (Giant Spider)

You have to defeat these monsters in order to unlock the achievement. It doesn't matter the level/tier that you defeat or the rarity of the wisp you find to enter the mists.
