I was able to get the achievement right at the start.

During the college grad party, when control switches to Lola, just keep ordering drinks from the bartender (took 20 asks).

For it's fine if you're already dead

You can do this at the first bar in the first scene (college party) as well.

You get your drink much faster here then at bars in hell. Barely any animation to make the drink.

Once you get your drink, start drinking! Once you get your 2nd achievement notification, grab a new drink. (while ordering you can keep drinking, you might get a 3rd achievement notification)
Repeat till you get the achievement
