Doing this one the normal way is possible but extremely RNG dependant. But there is another way that makes it almost trivial.

You need at least one other player that helps you. Just try to kill trade with the other player by spawn-camping each other.
If you end up tied in 1st place after the timer expires, there is infinite amount of overtime that you can use to clear all blocks in the level.

Keep in mind that only the host will get the achievement, so you will need to do this at least twice.
