    ~30min to 100% using this method:

    1. Buy 1 Bar Store, 1 Hot dog and 1 Newstand. Hire all employes.
    2. Collect money from shop and restock them every day/night until reaching $10k.
    3. Save game and exit to menu. Press Continue. This way you can earn money again from previously completed mission. (Repeat until reaching $100k)
    4. Buy 1 Coffee store, 1 Library and 1 Drugstore.
