This achievement can be obtained by getting an in-game item intended for those who report a bug to game devs.

Tell him you have added him to get the "BUG nemesis" achievement. He actually just gave it to me instead of making me report a bug. His English isn't good, so speak clearly.

Finish the tutorial and get to a point where you're just floating around in space. Once the item is sent to you (might take a good 20min for him, I don't know why), you will see a notification for the mailbox (this is the button on the right at the bottom middle, just above the chat). Select the item, then press the green button at the bottom right twice (it turns blue after the first press). Next, exit out of this menu, then press the button in the very bottom right of the screen. Select the right-most tab in this menu that pops up. Click on the BUG item, then click the blue button in the prompt that appears. The achievement will then pop.
