There are several ways to pull this off, this is one of them.
Check the guide for Burning out for another way.
I got it by combining meditation and the crystal ball equipment.
Meditation clones any card in the discard pile and crystal ball gives you +1 energy at the start of the turn.
If you clone enough crystal balls, you can get around 20 Energy a turn and using a recycle card that cost 2 energy, along with the cards you get per turn, you can combo the 20 cards eventually.
The Light Strike card is also a good choice, it lets you Draw at least 6 cards, if you combo this card with Hero's Sword, your damage will go up and eventually you can get a lot of cards drawn per hit.

0- Hurry up
The key here is getting to the gargoyle boss before 20 mins.
That leaves you with 10 minutes to kill death.
Getting the gargoyle boss is important due to its defensive mechanics, making it highly resistant to Death's attacks.
Although, finding a way to reduce Death's attack will be useful to keep Gargy alive, a Dispel or something that reduces Atk will work.
The Eye boss would work too but not as well.
Check your timer (you should have one setup) and if the boss battle is slow or goes bad, you can quit the game and restart the boss battle.
There are a lot of good combos out there, check the forums and the guides if you need help with those.
Here is a video of how I pulled it off, although I had to restart the boss battle three times until I got it right.
Meditation + Charged Shield + Shield Bash FTW

Equipment is such a huge advantage in this game, playing without it is very tricky, not only limiting your card picks but also having to figure out how to survive without them.
Needless to say, you gotta try to go for this achievement on the easiest of modes, stage 1, death 1.
The way I pulled it off is with the bloodwitch, since she has a lot of potential once you get good cards for her.
In my run I got hold of the Risk Taker card which gives you 1 energy for each defense card on your deck that is thrown into discard pile.
Using any recycling card then a double kick card lets you do tons of damage after you spend 20 or more energy in a single round, if you can upgrade your damage before triggering these, the better.
In floor 2, I got Blast Wave that deals 3 damage for each energy spended, needless to say, this was very welcomed in my risk taker deck.
Double Attack and Set Ablaze spend all your energy in attacking so they combo beautifully with Blast Wave.
I also got duplication cards, like Inspiration and Buried Secrets to duplicate my attack cards.
So, the attack process goes like this:
- Find Risk Taker
- Get a Recycling Card + Double Kick OR Set Ablaze/Double Attack
- Use Risk Taker and then use the 15+ Energy attacking/recycling/copy&destroy then double kick
- Finish it off with Blast Wave (or multiple Blast waves)
- The other problem with this is healing, if you get the healing recycling card, you are set, if not, you have to rely on the few healing cards available.
Its game over when all your healing cards are in your discard pile, so watch out for that.
What saved me in that front is a card called Call up.
As for block, Stone skin is OP as it gives you block when its healed from discard and when it goes into discard.
Dispelling cards are useful to remove those pesky bonuses some enemies get and to dispel harmful negative effects you might pick up.
Anyway, remember to never use an equipment card.
Pretty sure if you sacrifice it, its okay, but never apply it on yourself.
Careful with those Talent equipment, since they automatically equip themselves at the start of battle, avoid those at all cost.
When you win a boss fight and open the boss treasure, instead of picking the item, Skip the choice and get 20 gold instead.

One way to do it, this also works for Combos Expert.
You might also get Creation but Im not too sure.
The key here is getting 4 or more energy every time you play 4 cards and reducing a recycling "copy then destroy" card to cost 1 energy.
To reduce the cost of the recycling card, you use the card called "Energizing Potion" which reduces all costs by 1 energy during this current turn.
To create an infinite combo, equip at least 4 necromancer robes (you can either get lucky will card pulls or duplicate them with some cards).
Every 4 castings of the recycling card, you will get 4 energy back.. and thus, an infinite combo.
Play the card to copy and destroy 100 times and you will get this achievement.

0- FTK
- Elite FTK
- Boss FTK
Pretty easy if you pick the Reckless Action card and have a lot of cards.
I had a Talent that gave me +1 Atk at the start, a thus each card I had would do 3 damage instead of 2, I still would have killed him without it.
Having Search cards or Call up in your deck will help get the card to you on the first round.
You can always quit the game and continue to reset your starting hand.
This works in any fight with a single monster, normal or elite.

0- Defeated Destiny
To get Death to Max Level, you need to kill him 7 times, each time he gets new powers and annoying abilities.
At max level, death cant be dealt more than 111 damage at once and every 222 damage he goes invulnerable.
If we try to dispel his atk bonus or invulnerability, he heals for 222 HP.
And the worst of all, when Death appears, if he hits you, he marks you with a Death countdown that kills you in six turns.
I think the Bloodwitch is immune to it, but Im not too sure.
Im pretty sure you cant avoid it with Wind Feathers, so I highly suggest you do this one with the bloodwitch.
The only two viable bosses on the first floor that can handle death for a dozen turns or so are the Gargoyle and the Eye Boss.
The Gargoyle mechanic is the best one since every other turn he is practically invulnerable.
Anyway, if you use a infinite combo or have lots of wind feathers, you can evade all his attacks.
If you dont have feathers, you can use cards like "Waste Picker" to get "Wind Feathers", each feather gives 15% evasion so with 8, you should be invulnerable.
You can also copy the feathers using cards like "Meditation", "Illusionary Equipment", "Inspiration" and "Buried Secrets"
The equipment "Heavy Armor" will limit the damage you take to a maximum of 6, although Death's increasing ATK might be a problem if it kills the other enemies/boss and thus, your chance for him to die on Floor 1. So, if his attack gets too big, do dispel him to prevent the boss from dying.
Good infinite combos include having 4 or more "Necromancer Robes" and using an "Energizing Potion".
Then use cards that are copied then destroyed (that now cost 1 Energy), use them 4 times and your robes will give you 4 energy, doing an infinite combo.
Now combo the above with a Magic Mirror that gives you 1 card every time a card is destroyed and you will have infinite cards. (Heck, why not have 3 magic mirrors or more)
You can also do this with recycling cards but those cost 2 energy even with the potion effect and you would need more Robes.

0- Kill Death with Blackblood
Because Death gives you a 6 turn limit to win the battle or die, you might not be able to do infinite combos on this one but if you whittle his HP from battle to battle, you can win over him by Floor 3.
A good tactic is fighting until the other enemies are almost dead, that they might die from a hit from Death, have enough block on your own and hit Death with Shield Bash or Reckless Action, he will go Invulnerable but that's ok, the fight is over and he will only heal 22 HP.
Fight him enough and he will go down.
