    • Rollin', Rollin', Rollin'

This is one of the more agitating achievements in the game. It doesn't seem like you can run over any vehicle that's bigger than a normal police car. It is also very easy to get stuck on top of a car. I found the best farm for this was roll around in a tank and watch for police cars. Once there were too many destroyed vehicles in the way, i'd either save and quit to despawn the debris, or let myself get arrested to clear the debris.

    • One Track Mind

Once you have access to buying a tank, roll around in it. As your wanted level increases, tanks will begin to slowly spawn. You can find them after hearing a notification on the radio saying a tank is on the way.

You can keep track of how many tanks you have killed on your statistics page in game.

    • Burning Rubber

Easily accomplished in the time trial - Pink Doc Dash - in the second area.

Start the time trial, keep boosting till you explode. You should be going fast by the time you explode.

    • I Believe I Can Fly

Easily accomplished using the Astro ZX car (2nd row, 5th column on the phone).

Needed the armadillo (dune buggy) for 1 jump in the 2nd area. You jump onto a boat and then you have to jump off. The armadillo has enough acceleration to get you off.

    • Rollin', Rollin', Rollin'

Best spot i found is on the first island. Go to the challenge - Property is Theft on the west side of the map.
You start with a tank. Turn right at the start, there are two parking lots with 5-6 cars. Police cars should start swarming you.

Finish the challenge and restart it till you get the achievement.

    • Off To A Flyer

I didn't rob the houses that much, so this achievement was among the last ones to unlock. I found a good location that allowed me to collect every single flyer in about 45 minutes (but since the spawn is totally random, the amount of time can significantly vary of course). This is Riley's Farm, the house of the main character's father; it is located on the third island, north-west part. This location has certain advantages that will allow to "farm" those flyers in a swifter manner:

    • The alarm will never go off, and there are no inhabitants, naturally. So you can break in as many times as you want without alerting the cops.
    • There are three adjacent rooms where flyers can spawn. At least I searched only Hallway #1, Hallway #2 and Study, because in about 15 attempts other rooms didn't spawn a single flyer, so I stopped searching those to save time.
    • There is a melee weapon location nearby that seems to always spawn a crowbar, so you can breach the door unlimited amount of times without much hassle.

One thing to note: most likely this location will become normally available only after you finish the main story. I say most likely, because I haven't tested it before completing the story, so I'm not sure whether it will be accessible at all.

The loop is quite simple: get a car, approach the Farm, break in, search three rooms, collect any flyers, get out, ride a car 1-2 seconds away from the Farm to make stuff respawn, get back, grab a crowbar if the previous one broke, rinse, repeat.

There are 15 different flyers, here is the list:

    Art Dealer Flyer
    Bar Flyer
    Body Shop Flyer
    Cafe Flyer
    Car Lot Flyer
    Clothing Store Flyer
    Diner Flyer
    Donut Store Flyer
    Gas Station Flyer
    General Store Flyer
    Gun Store Flyer
    Outdoor Store Flyer
    Pawn Shop Flyer
    Pharmacy Flyer
    Salvage Yard Flyer
