This achievement can be earned at the very beginning. Turn on monitor and pick up the phone instantly. That should knock the coffee cup over and wyou will unlock the achievement

Start by drinking the coffee so the cup is empty. Press the screws on the phone top right and bottom left and that way the phone will open up and you can see the wires.
Click on the green wire and the wire that comes from the top to pull them apart. then click on them again to connect them. Press on the phone again to close it and turn on the monitor next.
Go under Net/modem and chose security option. The phone will ring and pick it up and just answer yes. Eventually you will be attacked and this achievement unlocks then

Go AFK for 5 minutes or so. When first aid kit pops up, open it and take the red pill then pull the red lever down
