The best way to do this achievement is by turning on an autoclicker at 1ms click intervals and resting it on the ice cream button in the middle for a few minutes. If you want, when the wood cart comes from the right, briefly lay your autoclicker onto it then back onto the ice cream button once it runs out of wood (rather quickly it will); this will give you a slight boost to make it go a little faster. The rate at which you gain points from autoclicking the ice cream button is just a little greater than the average rate at which you lose points from penalties. So, in summary, you really don't need to worry about clicking on anything other than the ice cream button.
