Through out the tutorial level, a duck will explain the controls of the game. At the very end the duck will float in water while teaching you how to control your swim. DO NOT go onto the land on the right, simply jump onto the duck and bounce off of him. You will be granted the achievement when the duck responds with Alo Boizaum! If you accidentally finished the tutorial or have already finished it some time ago, simply create a new save, it will make you play through the tutorial again. (You can't access the tutorial after beating it on the same save.)

In order to get this achievement, you need to die during the tutorial. You can easily do this by falling into a pit.
If you already beat the tutorial, you can't access it again in the same save file; you just have to play on a new save and you'll be sent through the tutorial again.

To get this one, die 500 times in total. Easiest way to do this is to play the 2nd Nostalgia World level, since the level starts with a boulder chasing you. You can simply let the game run until you hit 500 deaths.
